Do-Not-Call Policy

Finn Management LLC — Do-Not-Call Policy.

1. (1) Anyone may ask us not to call or text them, by saying so on a call, replying STOP or any words that ask us to stop, emailing [email protected], or calling (725) 334-2046.
2. (2) We record the request with the number and the date when we receive it, and we stop within 10 business days at the latest. In practice we stop at once.
3. (3) The request covers calls and texts about renting from ATMO Sahara, ATMO Bruce, ATMO Escondido and any other property we manage.
4. (4) We keep the request for at least 5 years.
5. (5) Everyone who calls or texts about renting is trained on this policy before their first call.
6. (6) Every caller gives their first name, the property and Finn Management, a number to reach us, and the reason for the call.
7. (7) We do not make sales calls or texts to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry unless the law allows it.
8. (8) We call only between 9 AM and 8 PM Las Vegas time.
